Complaints Procedure

All Complaints regarding our service must be made in writing to:

Your complaint must contain details of the date and time of your purchase and if possible the transaction ID for your payment as this latter piece of information will allow us to identify the details of your purchase more efficiently.

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 7 working days and fully respond to your complaint within 14 working days.

If your complaint is upheld, we will, if possible correct the error in your Legal documentation and process a full refund to the credit/debit card used to make the original purchase.

If your complaint is not upheld, we will give you a detailed summary of why.  If you disagree with this decision, you have the right to appeal and contact us again with any additional information to support your disagreement.

If you are still not satisfied with our response, then you have the right to refer your complaint the Society of Will Writers.

Note: Although advisable, you do not have to pursue complaints through the above procedures - you may pursue other options, such as independent arbitration or court action, at any time.
